Return to the payment result and check again. Delayed methods need final confirmation. Verify the checkout email in My Downloads. If still pending, contact support with the order reference; never send card details.
The code email has not arrived
Check spam and the email spelling. Wait at least one minute before resending. Use the newest code. A purchase confirmation email failure does not revoke existing website access.
Your download link expired
Sign in again if needed, then prepare a new link from the app page. Links are short-lived; your entitlement remains valid until its stated expiry.
Restore on another device
Open My Downloads and verify the same email used for purchase. Your device must still meet the app and installation tool requirements.
Download failure or installation failure?
A failed file transfer can be retried with a fresh link. A complete IPA rejected by your installer is a different issue: check signing, free space, app architecture and system requirements.
